The Community Center Company won a tender with an unprecedented scope of approximately NIS 400 million for five years after beating out other competitors. The company bases its success on rich knowledge and experience in operating formal and informal educational projects and programs nationwide.

As part of the tender, the company will lead the Ministry of Education's five-year plan in Arab, Bedouin and Druze society. This is a strategic move to provide extensive pedagogical and administrative services. The plan, which the company will lead to community centers, which also serve as an executive arm of government ministries and local government, will be deployed in approximately 2,000 educational institutions and will employ over 3,000 employees.

The program will focus on reducing educational gaps, while improving academic achievement, preventing dropout, strengthening informal education, and developing local leadership.

Tal Basax, CEO of the Community Centers Company, noted: "Winning the tender reflects the recognition of our expertise in the field of formal and informal education and the professionalism that the company leads in every field. Several years ago, I decided to establish the Project Manager at the Community Centers Company, and now we are seeing the fruits of the investment. Since its establishment, the manager has won a variety of tenders worth hundreds of millions of shekels. We see this as a privilege to lead, hand in hand with the Ministry of Education, the five-year plan in Arab society to reduce gaps and provide the next generation with tools for optimal integration in all areas of life in Israel."

The company will begin implementing the program within the next month, in close cooperation with local authorities and the Ministry of Education.
